71LG – FULLY LUGGED GENERAL PURPOSE DUTIES
The introduction of the 71LG valve now provides 16 BARg fully rated lugged pattern valves up to DN600 (24”). The model 704G covers the size range DN50-DN200 at 16 BARg.
The renowned TOMOE cosine seat design ensures reliable and consistent sealing at a fully rated 16 BARg pressure application. Multi layered stem bearings and unique disc design ensures reliable sealing and less torque. Higher Cv values and pressure loss figures at the fully open position are significantly lower than those of competitors. Field replaceable seat ring makes maintenance easy and reduces maintenance costs.
